Pumpkin cupcakes in mason jars! A fun surprise for my coworkers :D

Recipe: Mix one can of pumpkin with one box of vanilla cake mix. Pour into cupcake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Take out of the oven and allow them to cool. After cooled cut in halves. Add a layer of frosting (your choice, I did cream cheese) then the bottom half of a cupcake, another layer of frosting, the top half of a cupcake, and then  top off with frosting and sprinkles. Perfect for gifts!
